EEEKKKK! The Easter Buuny!!

hee hee! bean was SO not into The Easter Bunny.
Well from afar, she was totally digging him!
"Hi Easter Bunny!"

Wait! Let me back up.
We hadn't planned on visiting The Easter Bunny (hence the girls are not in matching Easter attire!)
But there was no line and I jumped on the opp'ty.
Katelyn was wishy washy. Yes I do. No I don't!
I said ok Emily is going too.
and Katelyn yells "No not Baby Emily!"
like she was protecting her little sister from the Easter Bunny.
so cute!

I asked Bean if she wanted Mommy to sit with her and she was Yes.
And then this is what we got.

it seems like katelyn is getting bigger and more grown up by the minute!
saying new phrases.
repeating almost anything we say or hears on the tv.
singing songs in the cutest lil voice ever!
counting to 12.
coloring so well, even Chelo (daycare provider) is impressed!
such a loving big sister to emily
and a great playmate to sophie
still our great entertainer.
who needs tv when you have a toddler?
ok, that may be going a bit too far LOL!

she has some big changes coming up:
moving to another new house
hopefully this will be our last move for a real long time.
a big girl bed
no more binkies
and maybe a new daycare :(
which makes my heart sad.
i envision her walking into a new place and wondering what is going on?
where are my friends?
how come they aren't singing the songs i know?

i haven't had much luck during my daycare interviews.
there is a good possibility that i will commute both girls into Fremont.
we've been so happy with bean's daycare
and would love for Emily to go there too...
but the commute...

so we will see.

jenelle's bridal shower

i am editing the wedding pics, but thought i should edit and blog about jenelle's bridal shower first.
i was looking through my photos and i have ALOT of catching up to do!
emily's grown and changed so much...some of the pics i have yet to edit and blog don't even look like her anymore.

anyway..jenelle's shower was fun! a day to relax and chat and get to know jenelle and her family a little better. i totally bombed the "how well do you know the bride" game, but kicked butt in the "don't say 'wedding' or 'greg'" game. oh and our team also won the toilet paper wedding dress game too. it was all about the accessories- garter, necklace, veil, earrings, bouquet. nancy even whipped up the prettiest TP flower i've ever seen! so much fun!

grandma lovin'

my girls are so lucky to have such loving family in their lives and close by. and soon we will be even closer!!
i love it when my mom stops by for lunch, especially if i haven't been able to take a shower that day!
my mom totally pitched in when i went into labor and when emily was in the hospital (both times!) it gave me such piece of mind to know that bean was in good hands!
i probably don't say it enough....but i love you, mom!!

tyler was over playing one day and he was such a great photo assistant getting her to smile :)

bean's personality is really blossoming.
every night zack says "i am so in love with her" and it melts my heart.
she is full of hugs and kisses, especially for lil emily.
loves watching mickey mouse clubhouse and my friends tigger and pooh
loves cuddling in mommy and daddy's bed watching The Little Mermaid
loves Dancing and Singing, especially Twinkle Twinkle Little Star
doing a lot better with using The Big Girl Potty
is getting excited for the BIG MOVE and her big girl bed!
