What can I say about this adorable little one? He was well worth the weight, no pun intended! This little guy weighed 10 lbs!!

We tried and tried to get him to sleep...but he didn't want to miss out on the action. He is all cozy in an Egg Cradle by Simple Basic Designs. We had fun squishing him in tight to get all snuggly.

Happy Birthday, Zack!!!

Today my Hubby turns 31! Man, he is an old fart LOL!!! We've known each other for almost 20 years! That is more than half our lifetime! Cool!
At 31 he has a lot to be proud of:
A loving family
A successful career
A sense of humor that gets me laughing every day
A hardworker
A playful Daddy

If you don't have a flash, forget to use or don't know how to use your flash as a fill flash in harsh sunlight, you can correct your photos in Photoshop using Digital Fill Flash.

Our July 4th

Slowly trying to make my way through the piles and piles and lists and lists of things to do!!!

We spent the 4th of July at the ILs. Of course, Katelyn LOVED swimming and playing with all the tennis and golf balls. We ate some yummy BBQ..I was STUFFED! We heard lots of fireworks but didn't see any :( When Baby K gets older I am sure we will hunt some down. We came home and found all our neighbors hanging out. We chatted for a bit and then called it a night. Very mellow. Good Times with Family :)

a blog post!!!

I am almost done unpacking. Yes, it has taken me a real long time to unpack and get settled back in after vacation. I am still looking for a memory card. I remember zipping it away in some "safe" compartment, and now I can't find it!! I have to find it too because I didn't take that many photos.

Beach Bound

Finally! It is VACATION time! You don't know how excited I am! This week is so overdue!!! It is pretty cool that I have a family that I actually want to spend an entire week with :) Most of my cousins will be there...Friends are coming up to visit. Yummy Food! Relaxation. Photos. Who could ask for anything more??

I am so excited to see how Bean will like it. Last year she wasn't walking yet and was into putting sand in her mouth. I think she is going to totally dig the water! And the Aquarium...She is going to LOVE it! Pointing at all the things as she gasps like she does to birds and airplanes. I-CAN-NOT-WAIT!!!

Here is Baby K playing at her make shift water table. She got so upset when it was time to come in, but the sun was setting, she was drenched and her lips were turning blue!


She just lights up when Daddy comes out to see what is going on.
