Best Buddies
The other weekend we had our Annual Girlfriends Holiday Ornament exchange. I just love love love these parties. The kids play great together. Us girls get to catch up. i am so happy all 5 (Kristin, Nicole, Emily, Angela and me) of us could come this time!
We ate and chatted...enjoyed each other's company. We then held our Ornament Exchange and the kiddos even got involved stealing ornaments! We came home with a Starbucks mug ornament. This makes up for the one we broke :( Emily made a delish cinnamon roll dish- YUM!! I look forward to making it on Christmas morning.
Emily's Cinnamon Roll YUMMO dish recipe

Flaky Buttermilk Biscuits - 12 Oz)
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon (or to your liking)
1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional- never have had it with the nuts)
2 sticks melted butter (1 cup)
Grease 9 inch round cake pan. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine cinnamon and sugar (and nuts if using). Dip each biscuit into
melted butter and then into sugar mixture. Place each biscuit into
pan overlapping 15 in outer circle and 5 in middle. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until brown.
After taking out of the oven, immediately invert on to serving plate.
Drizzle with glaze.
Glaze:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4ish teaspoon vanilla
2 to 3 Tablespoons milk
Combine ingredients to desired consistency (adding more or less milk)
and drizzle over coffee cake before serving.
I am just in love with these photos. Katelyn who is usually my unwilling model was all oogly eyes over Caleb and it made for some super cute photos. When Ryder was done having his diaper changed he joined in on the fun too although he wasn't a fan of Katelyn's affections.
