Life...right now

Our life is messy, chaotic, stressful, cute, fun right now!


Katelyn lounging in her Christmas Pjs, with Halloween socks and her FAVORITE knit hat (she won't take that thing off! but that's ok, b/c it is super cute) watching The Backyardigans while Sophie watches on and stays out of Katelyn's way.
She is eating her hair brush, but her beloved binky is close by. There is a neat stack of washcloths that she stacks and then moves, then stacks again...She will also stack them on you or tuck a bunch under her chin.
The floor is covered by a couple of blankets and pillows, tons of toys and an empty sippy cup of milk.
We took the gate down to repaint and use our ottomans to block off the stairs.
Next to Sophie is an old table cloth that we've been using as a drop cloth for when we paint.
All the while, I am snapping photos :) My Saving Grace!

This is our life...it is a bit chaotic trying to get it ready to put up for sale. There are boxes everywhere. Things are being packed up and taken to storage to make the place look spacious and purty. Everyday I clean a cupboard out or a table off and Zack repairs this or paints that. I wish we could snap our fingers and the whole daunting process would be over and we could be house shopping! We keep telling ourselves that if this place doesn't sell, and there is a 50/50 chance it doesn't, we are going to have one helluva nice home!
